The Relation Between Cell-phone Use and Sleep Health
With a wide spread of cell phone, using cell phone has been common in daily life. Many experts have paid attention to unravel the relation between cell phone use and sleep health. The goal of this research to examine the relation between cell phone usage in bedtime and sleep health of American college students. The sleep health was composed in three sections: sleep quality, sleep duration and sleep onset insomnia.
