1.1. Introduction
Chaesundang LTD. is a specialist restaurant franchising company with the motto, ‘To become the top franchise company receiving the love of our customers and exceeding their expectation.’ It has strived to serve the customers with the purity and freshness of nature for the benefit of their health. Since it established in January 2005, passing the introduction stage of building business capabilities and the growth stage of expanding business, Chaesundang has growing so rapidly. Finally, it is in the maturity stage and becomes the industry leader with more than 300 stores all around the country.

As a result of the history stated above, Chaesundang is getting acknowledged by outsides of company. For instance, it received Korean Franchise Business Award in collaborative growth category for second consecutive years and recognition as 1st Grade Franchise for second consecutive year. In particular, Chaesundang received a Presidential Citation which is the greatest honor for franchise business.
