Hanwha was founded in 1952 by Kim Jong Hee and Hanwha's the first name was Hangook HwaYak. In 1992 Hangook HwaYak changed their name Hanwha. Now Hanwha is Successful in business diversification in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, financial and service. This picture is olden Hanwha and this picture is present Hanwha and now Hanwha has 53subsidiary and Hanwha's annual sales is 35trillion won. .
Hanwha's business mind is credibility and loyalty. Hanwha build up their confidence for a long time. Hanwha creates their organizational culture based on military way. This culture emphasizes credibility and loyalty. Because gunpowder business easily lose their everything if they make a mistake. But despite these attributes Hanwha shows united front. The answer is ‘자기 식구 챙기기’.
