But this phenomenon also has negative aspects such as tedium, loneliness and age-related diseases. Unlike in the past, older adults were recognized as socially weak rather than an admirable. As a result, there are no more places for elders in society, and the increased time of staying indoors have led to their physical weakness and debilitation and even mental weakness. Therefore, a successful life in old age lies in whether elders can manage time. Elders can begin the second chapter of their life through proper management. What management can make their life worthwhile? How can they have success in old life? The easiest solution is increasing physical activity as they did when they were young. In spite of that simple answer, why does their physical condition stay low/weak? What is the main cause? The cause can be explained in two aspects, internal and external.
