[1] Briefly explain the four policy implementation cases that your group selects for your assignment.
I chose four policy implementation cases :
① New influenza vaccine program
Vaccine program can help many people who suffer a serious disease. The Vaccines especially for Children Program is a funded program in the United States providing no-cost vaccines to children who lack health insurance or who cannot otherwise afford the cost of the vaccination.
② Seoul public transportation system reform
Traffic congestion of Seoul was horrible because of increasing private cars, limited road spaces, population concentration of Metropolitan. To solve these problems Lee myung-bak, mayor of Seoul, selected public transportation reform which can share burdens by using buses.

④ The Community Action Agencies (CAA)
CAA is symbolical and volunteer activity. Because of its ambiguity and conflict, exchange level is high and authority is low. many central/local government relationships in which the latter claim their autonomy. The division of powers is important between two several government.
