Important Point : We need to consider W/L ratio value, number of inverters and chip area.
▶ The W/L ratio of nMOS and pMOS are the same.
▶ Channel Length : L=0.18㎛ (Every length of nMOS and pMOS is the same)
▶ nMOS Width : 0.36㎛(=4λ)
▶ pMOS Width : 0.90㎛(=10λ)
▶ Beta ratio : βp/βn=2.5(=Wp/Wn)
▶ If we make W/L ratio small, a number of inverters will increase. Therefore, we might limit that
a number of inverters is 11, and can determine W/L ratio value.
▶ Capacitor 10fF : Control the detail condition of 500MHz
▶ Initial condition : V(vx)=1.8V
