Sweet potato noodles 500g, 4 spoonful vegetable oil,
2 medium-sized carrots 200g, spinach 300g, beef/pork 300g,
10 mushrooms, 2 eggs, 2 medium-sized onions 200g, 5 fish cakes,
5 spoonful of soy sauce, 1 teaspoonful of salt, 2 spoonful of sugar,
2 teaspoonful of minced garlic, pepper, 2 spoonful of sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds.
Step 1: First, buy the ingredients.
Step 2: Next, put sweet potato noodles in a boiling water for around
Step 3: Then, rinse sweet potato noodles in a running water 2-3 times
and drain them.
Step 4: After slicing beef/pork(2cmX8cm) and mushrooms(2cmX8cm),
apply vegetable oil, on a frying pan, mix them with 1 teaspoonful of salt and fry them.
Step 5: Next, put spinach in a boiling water for 1 minute, drain them
and mix them with salt and 1/2 spoonful of sesame oil.
Step 6: Slice onions(1cm X 8cm) and carrots(1cm X 8cm), fry them with salt.
Step 7: After that, warm frying pan for 2-3 minutes and put sweet potato
noodles with 5 spoonful of soy sauce, 2 spoonful of sugar,
1 spoonful of sesame oil until they turn into gold.
