These days are not the best of times for smokers. Although many people try to stop smoking, it is not easy for them because smoking is a very strong addiction. How much do we know about the cigarette? Cigarette has many poisonous substances such as tar and nicotine. There are also risk factors of various other diseases. Also, as part of the global trend of quitting smoking, non-smokers have insisted their right to breathe clean air and be protected from smoking-related diseases.
In conclusion, the number of smokers is increasing more and more, and some numbers of people also die because of cigarettes. It is very hard to decrease the number of smokers and stop smoking. One of the reasons is that many people get a lot of stress and peer pressure in school, society. Although smokers insist that it helps them to relax and release stress, the negative aspects of the habit outweigh the positive. It is a health problem for both smokers and non-smokers and it is especially harmful in public places.
