1-1 Star-up business
Considering the current competitive markets in Columbia, Mo, this business will be a startup-business because there are a lot of café and restaurant in Columbia downtown that serves food and drinks; however, there are rarely any of places that are combined with normal café and cinema, except Ragtag Cinema. It is our understanding that since our operating system and target market are totally different from Ragtag Cinema, this business would be start-up business, rather than buying out and expanding any other business existing in Columbia.
1-2 Mission statement
The purpose of our business is to entertain and give a genuine smile to people by providing them a comfortable and relaxing place.
