1. What do you do when you are nervous?
I usually do yoga when I nervous. It helps me relax muscles in my body.
I find that stretching when I feel nervous helps me get rid of nervous and feel relaxed. For instance, I took the state examination 3 years ago. I did my best to get good results. but I though that the examination was difficult. I was nervous until a notice of success in examination. I did yoga while I`m waiting. After yoga, I felt better.
