금나노입자 분석에 대한 실험보고서
The analysis of NPs
Purpose of the experiment
To know how to use a UV-Vis spectroscope and Fluorescence microscope
Principle of the experiment
where A is the measured absorbance, I0 is the intensity of the incident light at a given wavelength, I is the transmitted intensity, L the pathlength through the sample, and c the concentration of the absorbing species. For each species and wavelength, ε is a constant known as the molar absorptivity or extinction coefficient.
A fluorescence microscope (colloquially synonymous with epifluorescence microscope) is an optical microscope used to study properties of organic or inorganic substances using the phenomena of fluorescence and phosphorescence instead of, or in addition to, reflection and absorption.
