2.3 Weakness of Coca Cola
A weakness is the internal factor of the firm. It means inside of the firm has a weak points. Coca Cola Company also has weaknesses. Coca Cola never produced an organic product. The firm never ties with organic suppliers, either such a product which manufacture materials needed or the firm have the equipment. It takes a cost to the firm that they will have to build a new manufacturing process. The word of mouth can be a weakness of the firm. All the consumers have their opinions. They are not always positive. Sometime they give negative things and it is very hard to control. If someone says bad things about Coca Cola, the people who haven’t try Coca Cola products, then it will affect to the losing consumer. Another thing could be viewed as a weakness is the lack of popularity of many of Coca Cola’s product. Most of the Coca Cola Company’s drinks are popular but there are approximately 400 different drink types. Most of the drinks are not popular and those drinks are not probably taste bad, however those drinks make a low profit. It is necessary to look through when analyzing their company. Another big important weakness of the Coca Cola Company is that health issues. It is well-known fact that Coke is not very good for health and it is toxic. And today’s people think health is important so they are shifting to health products so it can be loss consumers. This issue can be a problem to produce their products.
