Ⅰ. Introduction
In the Industrial age, work skills were often defined by physical strength or the ability to operate types of machinery. Intelligence and knowledge weren’t primary consideration for the jobs for the average worker. Today’s it’s pretty much the other way around. Information and knowledge are prerequisites for managing company. And the information age is rapidly creating new occupations that require computer skills. By refining and organising the data it processes, the computer adds value to clerical work, producing information that can be used in many ways. The computer adds value to knowledge work and enhances the knowledge worker’s personal productivity by helping them complete tasks more quickly and obtain valuable information.

Information system provides the framework for the management of information. Information system contains within the framework of an organisational policy for information and supported by appropriate systems and technology. Managing Information System plays an important roles in maintaining, managing and applying the organisations information resources. And supporting its essential knowledge base with strategic intelligence is the key business objectives.
