My interest in food science dates back to my high school days. Though I had only a faint idea of what natural science might be, somehow I felt natural affinity with it. It was only natural that I was able to get best scores in the subjects related to natual sciences, biology, chemistry and physics.
The movies that I saw in lectures made me have interest about food science.
Then, I came across horrible photos of children dying of malnutrition in Africa and began to have a nave interest in scientific approaches to food and nutrition.
