Employers could think more money would motivate employees. So they say "If your result is good, I will give you a piece rate" or  "If you don`t work hard, I will reduce your salary." Employers are trying to make employees improve their result with raising money and punish them with cutting it. Money is a important key, because we work to earn money. But is that all? Employees are motivated only by money? We have heard there are many employees who switch their job even in the company that give a high salary. If money is not the only factor that satisfy and motivate employees, then what factors fill up the employee`s need? We will talk about some theories that explain what factors satisfy our workers.
