Falling asleep well is important in our life because our body and mental take a break in sleeping,howerve if you have trouble falling asleep or wake up earlier than you wish, you may feel unrefreshed after sleep or suffer from excessive sleepiness and you would be tired throughout all day, It can cause many problem,
you couldn`t concentrate on almost thing to do so if you want to handle your work efficiently you should sheep well
 
So there are some tips helping you to fall a good sleep

1. Maintain a regular bed and wake time schedule including weekends.
- A regular waking time in the morning can help with sleep onset at night.

2. Soaing in a hot bath
- I suggest that soaking in hot water (such as a hot tub or bath), soaking in hot water relax your muscles
and body and it will remove your physical fatigue so you may be able to fell a good
