루마니아에서 생활하며 지냈던 분을 인터뷰해 그 내용을 정리한 것입니다.
My group`s members are Masashi, Anwar, Abdullah and me. We interviewed Rick Finnan about his adventures in Romania. We met him at 11:15 last Tuesday, November 7 at Snell Hall 320. He was born in Japan and he moved a lot because his father was a soldier. He lived everywhere including six places in USA. Even though he had these experiences, living in Romania was an adventure to him because Romania was a very hard place to live.
Romania is a country in Southeastern Europe. It borders the Black Sea and is in between Bulgaria and Ukraine. Its capital is Bucharest and it is slightly smaller than Oregon. According to statistics that were taken on July 2006, the population of Romania is 22,303,552 people. Nearly 90% of the population are Romanian, but there are also Hungarian, Romans and Ukrainians in Romania.
In 1983, he was looking for something different to do and he wanted to change his career. At just the right time, his friend, who had been Romania before, told him about Romania and he was interested. He considered it seriously. He wanted to teach English in Romania so he decided to go there.
