RECOMMENDATIONS for Starbucks Korea
Starbucks Korea successfully introduced starbucks coffee to Korea. The company has No.1 market share in Korean coffeehouse industry.
However, There is something different between Starbucks USA & Korea as following:
USA : Employee=Customer=Starbucks
Korea : Starbucks=Employee≠Customer
Most American baristas work for Starbucks because they like talking with Customers
In Korea, baristas just serve customers as they are trained,
so that customers usually can not feel intimacy from them

Don’t try to increase market share in Korea. Now it is time to check their stores with amount of margin, then make their employees be American baristars!!
