The objective of this experiment is for comparison and analysis gap of strain-rate sensitivity, strain-hardening exponent and ultimate tensile strength through giving to change strain rate. Firstly, specimens which are Al6061, carbon steel and Poly-carbonate, each three pieces are polished. Thereafter the specimens are tested at different cross head speed as 10, 50 and 100 mm/min. Until the specimens are broken, tension tests are done to the specimens. As the graphs got through this test are analyzed, S-S curves are drawn. Then yield strength and ultimate tensile strength are confirmed. By Strain and stress values in the plastic deformation region, strain hardening exponents are calculated. Also, by strain rate and stress values in the plastic deformation region, strain-rate sensitivities are calculated. These measured results show relations between a tension speed and various experimental values.
