When magnetic bar passing coil, magnetic field which magnetic bar made occurred induced voltage. Magnetic field inside coil can change when magnetic field entered into coil. As it was opposed to magnetic field change, induced current occurred. Induced current made potential difference, so made induced voltage.
When N pole of magnetic bar, magnetic line of force inside coil increased, then magnetic line of force by induced current be opposed to decreasing magnetic line of force. When N pole keep away from coil, it showed opposite case with above case. That is, moving magnetic pole far away from coil magnetic line of force in coil decreased, magnetic line of force by induced current showed opposite direction of direction of decreasing. So induced current would flow opposite direction with the front. In order to approach magnetic bar on coil, magnetic field which was occurred induced current made interrupted force for approaching magnetic bar.
