However, in this writer’s view the Zionism and the Zionist movement were the most influential in supporting and in the creation of an Israeli establishment. The start of ‘the Zionism’ was founded by Herzl. When he went to France to gather news from Austria, he witnessed ‘the Dreyfus Affair’ and it brought on a change in him. At that time, European countries did have assimilation polices and tried to make Jews assimilate to European. Almost all of Jews got used to European culture, law, economy and etc by these assimilation polished. The shock from ‘the Dreyfus Affair’ was a prominent factor which encouraged by Herzl to create ‘The Zionism’ and published ‘Jewish state’-an optimistic scenario at 1896. In addition, he tried to spread and popularize ‘the Zionism’. He also published ‘Old New Land’ in 1902. Through these novels, he included detailed ideas about how he saw the future of the state’s political structure, immigration, fundraising, diplomatic relations, social laws and relations
