Step 3. Profile of Students
- Age / Grade : 2nd grade of High school student
- Language Proficiency Level : Intermediate low to mid
- Number of Students : 36 members
- Type of Class : English regular lesson, meets three times a week for 50 minutes
- Motivation : They study English for academic purpose. They want to improve their ability for vocabulary, grammar, reading and listening and get good grades on their examination. They have to take a test for midterm examination two weeks later. Test will be formed 30 multiple-choice questions, 3 cloze questions and 3 simple writing questions.
- Language Experience : They have studied English since elementary school. They usually learned English through chants or various games in elementary school, but since middle school, they have learned English focusing on forms and reading skills. Most of students are learning English in private institute class and usually learning English focusing on vocabulary, grammar items and development of reading skill in there.
