General studies on stress and stressors
Applied stress studies in communities and conclusion
Many of the present environmental maladies have been attributed to the inescapable pressure resulting from high population density. With increases in population, more and more people are compelled to live in limited space and in close proximity with others, thereby causing intense stress from indoor and outdoor spaces. These serious problems are not limited in an area, but spreading widely around the world including all Asian countries like India, Korea, China, Japan and so on. Also, their problems related to stress in making communities are composed of very complicated factors and various meanings. Besides, stress is very substantial in assessing our communities as well as our health and mind, and influences the quality of communities. Furthermore, even changes, closely related with our lives, in communities shown by stress that happens in the neighborhood are broadly made by varied stressors, and help to work out relevant problems in communities from numerous stressors. That is, this is shown that a study on stress and stressors can be widely applied to social and psychological parts in addition to medical and physiological ones and is very momentous.
Accordingly, in this paper, through several studies related to stress and stressors in our communities, I will attempt to outline stress and stressors shown in communities entirely. Also, in exploring the questions, this paper will be only limited to consideration of stress and stressors.
