Michael Dell with Catherine Fredman has collaborated to come up with Dell success story which narrates the company profile today, what it used to be and how it has evolved through time and hardwork. Michael Dell has been a name which has already spread if not all over the world, half-way around the globe due to what it has already started what we know as Dell Computers today.

The root of Dell computers has been of interest to many people, and so Michael Dell and Catherine Fredman came up with a written literature on Dell Computers as a company, which is not just a company that delivers computer deals, but for them, a service-oriented company that maximizes the needs, wants and the money each customer is spending. Michael Dell named this literature “Direct from Dell: Strategies that Revolutionized an Industry”.
