Present actions:To finance short and long term goals, quick cash is needed. Sell of Aston Martin that doesn’t fit in the Brand image at the moment.
Short term goals:Meanwhile they are investing in R & D, make sure to decrease the market loses and learn from the best, benchmark Toyota to reduce cost and increase quality.
Long term goals:Invest in R & D, in order to conduct the market for hybrids, this is where Ford should differentiate themselves in the future.
