The time of Han Dynasty was the peak of Ancient Chinese civilization. Lasting some four hundred years and larger at its height than contemporary imperial Rome, the Han was the first great empire, one that experienced a peak of culture. Liu Pang founded the Han Dynasty in 202 B.C., after the fall of the Qin (Ch'in) Dynasty. It was one of the largest and strongest empires at the moment. The Chinese still refer to themselves as Han people in recognition of China's great achievements in this period. Han Dynasty lasted for four hundred years and end at 220 A.D. by general Wang Mang. There are many reasons why Han dynasty was one of the most civilized societies in the ancient society; geography, discovery, aspect, true nature, lasting influence and relationship with the Rome.
