Good morning to you all, my name is 000 and I will be the new service manager for the buffet restaurant here in the Marriott hotel.
All of the restaurants had different ideas of what a successful business should be. I learned a great deal from my experience and believe I can continue to bring a happy working environment.
Having been a manager for many years, it will be easier for me to pick up from where the other service manager had left off and fit into this department more smoothly. And I understand, like any other department, I am sure that we may strike problems, but I ensure you that I am more than capable to rise to any challenge that I or we are faced with.
I have also reviewed the current process of how work is performed in this restaurant, and I’m sure you are all use to the current way and don’t wish for a new service manager coming in and changing everything around.
