1. Title : Distillation and Determination of Boiling Points

2. Theory :
Certain liquid that contact to space loses a little molecule and forms stream in surface. If space was closed, stream reaches fixed equilibrium pressure called steam pressure. Size of steam pressure differs according to temperature with liquid kind. Become stream because more molecules drop as it is High temperature and steam pressure rises finally. Liquid boils if steam pressure becomes same atmospheric pressure and temperature of this time is bubble point at atmospheric pressure. Tube well that move on the cold surface that stream and condenses into liquid is called distillation and can measure liquid boiling point passing mercury of thermometer while stream reduces. Temperature will be fixed while distill if it is pure material, but there is change in case of it is mixture. Finally, boiling point includes more substance than liquid that vaporize at the lowest temperature boils at High temperature.
