Abraham Lincoln was born in Hodgenville of Kentucky, February 12, 1809 as a poor farmer's son. He did not take much education. But he loved to read books and he was constantly borrowing books from the neighbors. Moreover he worked as a salesclerk, warehouse keeper, boatman, a lawyer and accumulated a wide knowledge of life.
He loses an election in the state Assembly of Illinois at first, but challenge again and was elected. I want to follow a Lincoln's example that does not surrender to the reality and challenges because he thinks of it as a valuable property for future. Then he became a lawyer after studying law. Thereafter he was elected as a member of the National Assembly in 1847. Lincoln became famous for politician and was elected to the16th President at 51 years old in 1860.
He belonged to the Republican Party of northerns center. So, when he was elected as American President, southrons who oppose slavery abrogation resisted and declared that make independent country that no longer under American control.
Finally, Civil War was broken out in 1861. As a result, the Federal army gained the victory in war for 4 years and America was integrated again. This is very enviable comparing with reality of our country that is divided for South-North.
