3.1 Yo! Sushi
We can say it is hamburger and pizza which are the most popular and loved food in the world, because these are good ways to save time and money for modern people. However, as people뭩 life quality has been improved and they have recognized these foods are not good for health, people began to look for alternative healthy food instead of instant food and fast food. One of the alternative foods is sushi. Now there are already more than 100 sushi restaurants in London and ever more than in the U.S.A. But these are not only still small restaurants, but also just common sushi restaurants actually. That is why sushi business has very high potential to be successful business of food industry as an alternative healthy food for the next generation. Moreover, as European and American tend to be interested in Asian culture, especially well-known Japanese things, sushi뭩 popular preference is rapidly rising around world.
There is one man who caught this tendency very well and timely. He is Simon Woodroffe who founded Yo! Sushi in 1997.(쯞oSushi, 2004) He just opened the business with
