관료제가 나온 이래 계속하여 관료제의 역할은 증대되어 왔다. 그리고 지금 현대사회는 관료제에 상당 부분을 의존하고 있다. 관료제란 여러 가지 개념이 있으나 베버의 의한 정리가 가장 일반적이다. 그 정리에 따르면 관료제란 합리적 조직, 조직의 비효율성, 현실적 조직 자체, 관리에 의한 지배, 행정, 관리에 의한 관리, 현대 사회라고 정의해 볼 수 있다. 관료제는 법규에 의한 행정·법규의 지배, 명확한 관청적 권한, 계층제적 구조, 문서화의 원리, 임무수행의 비개인화, 관료의

Bureaucratic role have enlarged continuing since bureaucracy comes out. And modern society depends on greater part to bureaucracy now. There is various concept called bureaucracy but truth that is based of Bebeo is the most general.
